Located in Encinitas inside of Scripps Memorial Hospital, North County Eye Surgery Associates is committed to providing best-in-class eye care to all in the North County of San Diego. Dr. Frank Scotti has served the Encinitas community for decades, having 38 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology.

Our ophthalmologists and optometrists are trained in treating a number of diseases, such as cataract, glaucoma, dry eye, corneal disease, and more. Our Encinitas office is easily accessed from the 5 freeway and parking is free.
